BENEFITS

The Radiance Oil provides 344 mg of gamma-linolenic acid and 105% of the recommended intake of omega-3, to nourish the skin from within.

The Balance Oil contains 531 mg of GLA, the high end of clinical studies, and 1,380 mg of black seed oil titrated in thymoquinone.

The Longevity Oil covers 74% of the reference intake of vitamin E, the highest concentration in the range.

USE AND RITUAL

One tablespoon per day,15 ml is enough to meet your needs.

In cooking, these oils are ideal for cold use in your sauces and vinaigrettes, raw over a hot dish, or at the end of gentle cooking. Neither high-heat cooking nor deep-frying: heat degrades polyunsaturated fatty acids and vitamin E.

Storage: Refrigerate after opening, consume within two to three months.
